These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777xp4 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777xp4 website located at https://777xp4.net and all associated services, products, games, betting markets, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the 777xp4 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or using any feature — you conclusively represent that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand them;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To be eligible to register and use the 777xp4 platform for real-money gaming and betting, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 777xp4 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Users who are found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification.

• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension on the 777xp4 platform at the time of registration or subsequent use.

Balances in duplicate accounts may be voided.

Account Currency: 777xp4 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, and winnings are shown in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific game or market interface.

777xp4 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in PKR: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Availability of specific methods may vary at any given time. The 777xp4 cashier will display currently active options at the time of your transaction.

Deposits: All deposits made to your 777xp4 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be voided and returned, subject to KYC review.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the 777xp4 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted based on your account verification status, transaction history, and responsible gaming considerations.

Currency Conversion: Transactions conducted in USDT TRC20 will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 777xp4 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal.

Fees: 777xp4 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any apply for a specific payment method, will be displayed in the cashier before you confirm the withdrawal. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees independently of 777xp4.

777xp4 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. The availability, value, and terms of any specific bonus or promotion are governed by the specific promotional terms applicable to that offer, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. These Terms govern the general framework within which all 777xp4 bonuses operate.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements and any game-specific contribution rates will be stated in the individual promotional terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before accepting a bonus.

One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in forfeiture of one or more bonuses.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, deposit method, or account status restrictions.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the promotional terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account automatically.
• 777xp4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through coordinated wagering, using multiple accounts, or employing prohibited betting strategies — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potentially the entire account balance.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support. Playing through or withdrawing an erroneously credited bonus does not create an entitlement to those funds.

Game outcomes are statistically random and are not manipulated in favour of the house beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) percentages associated with each game.

Sports Betting: Betting markets on the 777xp4 platform — including cricket, PSL, international matches, and other sports — are offered at odds determined by our trading team. All bets are final once confirmed. 777xp4 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by errors, technical faults, or events that render a market unsettleable under standard rules.

In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any point during an event. 777xp4 cannot guarantee continuous market availability during live events. Any bets placed before a market suspension will stand unless voided under the applicable sports betting rules.

Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure during a game session or bet placement, 777xp4 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet or game round may be voided and the stake returned to your account balance. Winnings generated during a session that experienced a verified technical fault may be reviewed before being credited.

Disconnections: 777xp4 is not responsible for interrupted game sessions caused by player-side connectivity issues, including mobile network dropouts, Wi-Fi interruptions, or device failures. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing real-money gameplay or placing live bets.

777xp4 is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It carries financial risk, and for a minority of individuals it can develop into a problem that causes serious harm. 777xp4 takes this seriously and provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a reflection period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.

777xp4 will never encourage a player to continue gambling when they have expressed a desire to stop, nor will our support team attempt to reverse a self-exclusion request. Player welfare takes absolute precedence over commercial considerations in all responsible gaming matters.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xp4 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777xp4 staff members in any communication channel;
• Posting false reviews, defamatory content, or misleading public statements about 777xp4 with the intent of causing reputational harm.

All content on the 777xp4 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, brand names, game interfaces, software, databases, and written content — is the intellectual property of 777xp4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777xp4 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 777xp4 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform;
• Use the 777xp4 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written consent;
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or extract platform data through automated means.

Game content provided by third-party game studios on the 777xp4 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to 777xp4 for display on the platform.

777xp4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 777xp4 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and transaction records as required by financial regulations;
• Delivering customer support and responding to account queries;
• Operating responsible gaming tools and monitoring for signs of problem gambling;

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777xp4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by 777xp4's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination by You: You may close your 777xp4 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed promptly. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

Termination by 777xp4: 777xp4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity is detected on the account;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority requires the account to be suspended;
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms;
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormant account policy.

Where an account is terminated for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), 777xp4 reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and forfeit any balance associated with the breach, including bonus funds and winnings generated through prohibited conduct.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your 777xp4 account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any aspect of the platform's operation, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance via on-site live chat or by emailing [email protected]. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming law principles applicable under 777xp4's operating license jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the applicable gaming license authority.

777xp4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to our services, changes in applicable regulations, operational adjustments, or improvements to player protections.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 777xp4 will notify registered players via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to the address associated with your account. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 777xp4 platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
